I am a 30-year-old man. I do not smoke, or drink, and I am not on any medications right now. I have had a painful tongue, primarily on the right side, for the past 12 months. The pain may subside for weeks before returning for a short while. I have no trouble swallowing, talking, or eating. My irritable bowel syndrome and health anxiety are my only recognized medical issues. Since I initially spotted this happening, nothing has changed, and images taken since then show that nothing has changed. I never become ill, and I did not lose any weight unintentionally. Kindly help.

But it can cause some pain, burning sensation, etc. You did not mention your weight and height which is important to evaluate your nutritional status. I suggest you eat more boiled vegetables and fruits. Eat one boiled egg daily. Avoid junk foods like icecreams, cool drinks, carbonated beverages, coffee, spicy foods, etc. I suggest you take Albendazole 400mg single dose after dinner.
