Doctor profile credentialing

iCliniq has a proprietary internal credentialing process

iCliniq follows a three-step data verification process for doctors registering on our site.

Personal Profile

In this step, the Doctors are requested to submit basic information which including Full name, recent photograph, gender, date of birth, mobile number & email address. The system allows the doctor to proceed to the next step only upon verification of the mobile number and email address.

Academic Profile

In this step, the Doctors are requested details about their medical qualifications, which include education details, practicing specialties and comfortable languages for consultation. Scanned copies of their medical registration certificates corresponding to their qualifications are requested. The doctors are assigned specific specialties on the site based on these certificates.

Professional Profile

In this step, the doctors are requested details about their profession and are asked to write a professional bio about themselves. The doctors also provide other information including years of clinical experience, the number of patients they have consulted so far, other active social profiles, The locations they carry out physical practice at, specifics regarding awards they have received and publications they have made in the field of medicine.

Verification

Once the Doctors update all the above information, the details are verified thoroughly before taking the validation process to the next level. Doctors are assigned the specialties requested based on their educational profile details they have provided. After this, the doctors go through a proprietary internal credentialing system.

Apart from this, the moderation team goes through all the answers the Doctors provide on the site and constantly comment on the doctor answering format, to make sure the patients are satisfied. If necessary, the doctors are requested to update their answers to address all concerns.
